the flux capacitor wins again!  Were I declared Emperor for Life  
instead of us having to choose amongst the current Parade of Clowns I  
would immediately order a few modern stationary nukes for WY and CO be  
built. Use all that energy to convert the oil shale into gasoline  
cheaply and efficiently. There is enough there to last for  
generations. Time enough to develop a real flux capacitor!
