The new STANDARD for emergency personnel is "ICE" - that is what  
emergency personnel are now trained to look for.  You can keep the  
HOME entry but should add ICE.

You don't want to add a challenge the emergency worker to figure out  
your "system" - particularly under the stress of the type of emergency  
situation where you are likely to be unresponsive - and should,  
instead, adopt THEIR STANDARD.
