Hi Mark,
Thx for the comments - this will be a 3 car detached garage  where I'll play 
with my toys and leave the 2 car attached garage for daily parking of the 
"good" cars.

Might do some welding but any carts will be on rubber wheels.  Plan to have 
a lift to make working easier.  My son is getting me one by trading some of 
his brick mason skills.  ;-)  I keep imagining all the jobs that will be 
*much* easier to do with a lift!

Both will do my 700 sq Ft for $450-$525 or so - preliminary cost estimates 
of course.
