Just watched the 'Little People' program and judge said "...the arresting officers accuracy rate of administering the (nystagmus eye) test was 77% ... 77% is not beyond a resonable doubt... not guilty" What kind of grading system is this? Is 50% resonable doubt or 90%? ?? Secondly, MR was fined and has still lost his license for 3 years for refusing the breathalyzer test. How can they do that?
