It is easy to get to the cam belt covers through the wheel well, as
you state.  The bank you need to access will be fairly difficult
because of the A/C compressor, just find a way to hang it out of the
way.  You can easily turn the motor using the crankshaft bolt (36mm).

You will need to pull the engine to remove that head.
