with all the posting about radar and LIDAR, it should be pointed out  
that cops don't try and clock you unless and until you get their  
attention. Most radar these days is instant-on - aside from the small  
towns, which still use X-band units powered by steam.

So all else being equal you are better off driving an innocuous- 
looking vehicle. At all costs avoid the mighty Hen-A-Tron!!!! Ferraris  
aren't  much better.
