Thx Ken,
   When you say, "Tape the Headlights" - does that mean to leave slits open 
for light to escape?  Or ?  Does having the headlights lit make the radar 
more effective?

   I read an article years ago by someone who drives as you suggest - said 
he often averages 90mph + on most trips but he never cruises in the fast 
lane with headlights ablaze.
