Thanks from me also Paul - I have been using Firefox for a while - faster and overall better than IE IMHO, didnt realize the download tool was there. Now I can get rid of Real player ;-)

If you use Mozilla Firefox as browser, there is a free plug-in called
'unplug'. You simply right click, select unplug and it displays all
downloadable videos on the page. You then select play either cache or save
to capture it.
