I like WinMedia Player for avi wmv and mpeg files. Sometimes other players must be used. ...for flash flv files from youtube I use RIVA http://rivavx.de/ For .mov files I use Media Player Classic. A personal quirk, I avoid QuickTime and RealMedia alltogether.
