The reason this is not possible is that the Senior Official Broadcasters
(S.O.B.'s for short) will just not allow it.

They promised to play the complete interviews with the podium winners that
got cut out of the Fox broadcast. Can anyone tell me why Fox can't find room
to show the interviews in a taped replay that has lots of other "fluff" in the
broadcast?
I see that Fox is broadcasting the British GP also tape delayed. Since Fox
owns Speed Channel, why can't they also allow the live broadcast on Speed? I
guarantee their combined audience will be better than just the taped show on
Fox.
Bring back the Speed broadcasts!
