Are we still trying to come up with a way to make cold fusion work?
With all the billions we waste on "Bridges to Nowhere" and "Cow Flatulence 
Studies" we could throw a few billion toward some of the more promising 
solutions -

Of course, I doubt any of the above will allow a V12 or flat 6 to create the 
kind of music they are capable of --
