Agreed

I recently drove to the Nurburgring with a friend in his 550. What an absolutely stunning car. If you are going to be doing any long distance driving a 550 or 575 is THE car in which to do it.

Surprised what you wrote about the Scuderia Steve. Don't know about over there, but here in Europe the bottom has dropped out of the high end car market (I see today Bentley are dropping to a 3 day production week) and there are currently a couple of virtually delivery mileage Scuds at list on dealers' floors while they were fetching a $40K premium just a few months ago. You might have a bit more of a problem if you want the Scud Spider though.

I'm getting the itch to buy a new car. What should I get?

Here's my shortlist - feel free to make it longer J

Ariel Atom

575M

430 Spider

430 Scuderia (IF I could get my hands on one, but I don't get that kind of
love from the dealers)

And a LONG shot, that I would really have to talk myself into. a Maserati
MC12

Anything I'm overlooking?
