Hi Steve,
   If I were in that market (and already had a F40 in the garage) I'd look 
at one of the new Aston Martins. While the V12 would be nice I think the V8 
would suit me.  I love the sound of that engine - and the look of the coupe. 
But I don't know how common they are there -- 

Also on my short list --
289 Cobra
997 Turbo (again, perhaps there's too many around for your taste?)
GT40

You already have the most desirable Ferrari's - either on your list on in 
your garage.
