Ferrari Mailing List: spoilers in Spa

Got a chuckle out of Ken's comments re: the post-race going's on that we see 
after every grand prix.  He's right of course, but I *think* (can anyone 
correct me here) that the champagne spraying is now part of the sporting 
regulations (at least it was many years ago when I pulled the regs off the FIA 
website) - they are required to do that!  Kinda sheds a new light on F1, 
doesn't it....
