Well I'm no professional, but maybe you hit the bump hard enough to crack or
shake loose an old piece of rubber, and created an air leak.  If it's a CIS
car, lots of places for old rubber to dry and crack, and allow air in.  If
you haven't changed them already, things like O rings around the injectors
are probably hard, as are a bunch of other pieces.

Just a guess, not being a professional or anything. :-)
