I used to sponsor F-Chat. It does hold a wealth of information. Especially
on the technical side for the grease monkey in most of us. Most of you know
the drill......"It's how much? Thank you, I'll do it myself!"......the
search function on F-Chat sometimes produces great results. Rob Lay is a
really nice guy and does a fantastic job maintaining the site. It has also
proven to be a wonderfully active court of public opinion. I wish I had time
to participate more actively. There is the usual internet B.S. found on any
public or semi-private message board but like most of the responses here,
It's interest specific and you learn what to ignore..............Sounds
familiar...

I am also active on Fchat. On Fri, Oct 3, 2008 at 9:55 AM, <JAshburne [at] aol.com> wrote:It is good and has something for everyone. I stay mainly in the 400i, vintage, racing and regional sections. The benefit of the chat board format is that it is easier to be selective about what you read and ignore the meaningless troll wars, which seem to have died down recently.
