Nawwww - hell, one day he's selling shirts, next day he's Tony Soprano's 
(Pendergast's) judge and a few years plus three months later he's FDR's 
successor.  Wait a few months and he gives the ok to drop the only two 
nuclear devices on working cites ever.  Give him a few more years and he 
fires one of the guys that got Japan back on their collective feet - the 
other two were Drucker and Deming.  So experience has little or nothing to 
do with it.
I don't know, I could be wrong.
