Ferrari Mailing List: Black Barts for Ferrari Badges?

Hey guys, just got the 365 2+2 out of the paint shop last week. 

We are assembling the trim to get ready to head to the chrome plater.

Some of the badges, particulary the one on the nose is looking sorta rough. A 
previous owner of the car had it repainted but they didn't remove the nose 
badge!!! I can't believe it either.

We're trying to remove the paint and save it...but are wondering if it is 
easier to go with a replacement.

Any other sources besides Black Barts that people have experience with?
