Wow!  70 euro's sounds like a deal - and it obviously doesn't have the usual 
Ferrari markup (add 500% because of the F word).

It's nice to know there are craftspeople like that still around.  For 
several decades UK has had a cottage industry of people making small parts 
for unique cars - especially F1 - small runs of unusual suspension uprights, 
etc -  UK was the center of the universe for building cars.
