Have you seen the front wheels on the early (carbed) Countachs? 205
width, and inset about 8 inches from the fender edge. I never realized
this until I took a close look at a car in person - It really does look
like a VW based kit car from that perspective. Even the 315 width rear
tires sit well inside the fender edge. The scary thing is the build
quality makes 308s look good!
