Matt, Larini's build quality is really top notch, but I've never heard one on a 308. I had a Larini two canister unit (a little louder than stock) on my 512BBi and then I switched to a more agressive sounding single canister unit from them. It was really loud/metallic raspy sounding... They offered to rework it with some more baffles, but I ended up selling the Boxer in June. You will get a totally different sound from any system, depending if you are running cats or test pipes.
