Not sure of protocall here but would like to pose a question. I own  a 78 308 
gts and we're doing the major service. Why would'nt you pull the body off the 
engine and transaxle rather than remove engine from top? If i'm mistaken please 
save me from a painful learning experience. Thanx, bill ward
