Today I noted that driving the TR in the cold Boston weather the 
engine's cold start valves provide a spirited performance boost for 
about the first 10 minutes - that only to be reined in by one self's 
prudent rpm monitor. Fun, no matter.  Soon the TR will winter in the 
bowels of its basement garage, its battery sipping float charger 
current, only to emerge in springtime ready to bring yet another season 
of joy to its driver.
