Any advice on the other parts w/o Bosch numbers? And what the hell is a 'seeger ring'?

A circlip, basically. See: <http://www.seeger-orbis.com/en/index.php?article_id=281&PHPSESSID=9153c014eaa541d22d53fc76f3255286> Odd, as neither my CIS Golf or CIS-E GTI have any sort of a circlip on the injectors or injector inserts.

Injectors are MB# 000 078 56 23, crosses to '86-87 190E 2.3 16-Valve and '81-85 380SL, SE, SEL.

"Bush" is probably the bushing in the intake manifold that the injector goes into (in VW land it's called an injector insert). On VWs, it's a threaded two piece thing, upper and lower part with an O-ring between the lower insert and the head and it screws into the head. Maybe the circlip is used to retain the insert in the Mondial's manifold instead of threads. If it's specific to the head then you're stuck with a Ferrari part. If it's specific to the injector, then it should cross to a MB part number for one of the above models. Pictures of the MB parts can seen at www.bimmerparts.com, look up '86 MB 190E 2.3 16-Valve then Fuel Injection. "Fuel injector holder" is the insert which don't look anything like what's on the Mondial, based on your earlier photos.
