Hi Rick -
The AAV looks similar to the one used on many 74-83ish 911s - they can often 
he repaired (have instructions here somewhere if you need them) by drilling 
out the rivits and disassembling it.  They can be tested by storing a few 
hours in the freezer then putting 12v to the connections and blowing it with 
a hairdryer to simulate heat from the engine.  It's basically a controlled 
vacuum leak - starts closed when cold and opens when warmed - or the other 
way around  --

How's it coming?  Find Injectors for less than $20 each yet?
