Dont worry. You will likely be able to get a job in Obama's new Civilian 
National security Force that will be as well funded as the US military is

Where the $ 583 Billion is going to come from to fund it is something Obama 
has not bothered to tell us just yet. Maybe it will come in part from the 
255 Military budget cuts Congresman Barney Frank has indicated he intends to 
do as Committee chairman.
