Reminds me of an incident that was told to me (and several others in the 
Shawnee County snack bar  47 years ago). The teller (victem?) was a 
beautiful blonde, she was complaining abut being given a speeding ticket, 
here is how she told it.
The cop pulled me over for speeding and began lecturing me how unsafe 
speeding is in a neighborhood, blah, blah blah, I reached over and picked up 
a WARNING TICKET I had just got and interuppted him, showing him the ticket 
and asking him to just give me a warning like the last cop did.

True Story and was beautiful as she was dumb.
