Interesting stuff, eh FG?
In 1980 I attended a Peter Drucker seminar.  He quipped the best investments 
ever are -
1) Education (tho, its not too portable - if you had a PhD in psychology, 
didn't speak German, but lived in Germany - - - etc etc); and,
2) Fine art - Van Gogh's etc.
End of his investment message.
What I got out of it is if you want to earn more, make yourself worth more.
