Hey Rob, et al., Yep, some people are very competitive. Some are not. I know that competition is the driving force of natural selection and that capitolism works BECAUSE its based upon natural selection. I also know that most every action or decision can be linked to either greed or envy. Civilization tempers those forces. Therefore, in a modern (or not so modern) society, we find other ways of satisfying those primal urges. For some it is competitive motorsport and for others it things like football (a.k.a. makes competing for breeding rights over the cheerleaders). For me, it's victory over chaos. That is, I get the greatest enjoyment by restoring decayed machines back to like-new operating order. Its me versus entropy. I don't usually care who wins F1 races and after working around the Ferrari F1 team, I CERTAINLY don't car if they win. That doesn't mean that I don't REALLY like my Ferrari street cars. And I love F1 cars and technology. I also like kind, friendly people. I want everyone to win. :-P Thanks for your tongue-in-cheek slam. I took it as intended. :-) rick --- On Thu, 4/2/09, Robert W.
