I heard that (on speed) that the wing could be hydrulic or mechanicly
controlled, and they (speed ) showed the 'rod' that had to be alined during
the change.
The 6 second KERS charge was limited to one charge a lap - but they (speed)
did not discuss William's KERS system that uses a flywheel to sfore the
energy.

I didn't put that in the subject line (no need) so e-mail routers wouldn't misroute the note.A fundamental rules change happened in F1 this season but NO ONE is talking about it now. Not the List. Not the SPEEDTV guys. Not even Steve Machett. That topic is: Driver movable aerodynamics. In SPEED's preseason show they showed the on-dash controls for tweaking the front wing's angle of attack. They spent a minute or so explaining how the driver can increase the angle for added front down-force, then flatten it out on the straights to minimize drag. They even talked a little about whether the controls were electric or hydraulic and how that might slow down nose/wing changes. I haven't heard a word about this significant change since then.Have any of you heard of seen anything more about this?
