I don't know about you but I certainly feel a lot better about the N. Korea 
missile launch now that the United Nations has called an immediate Special 
Session in response to the test.  Just the fact that a bunch of useless people 
who can't agree on anything, and have no authority to implement anything, and 
may meet in New York, certainly would scare any military power into reversing 
its munitions testing.  I now feel safe.
