Yep, only the seat surfaces are leather in the early GT4's, and some of those were a suede like material. The vinyl is very high quality stuff. My center console, rear trim pieces and dash are OEM while the door panels have been re-done atleast once.

Thanks for asking about my wife! The questionable person has the mayors office in his sights now. He recently wrote a manifest and the cops are well aware of him. He has stayed away from my wife though I believe that she is mentioned in his manifest. So far, so good.

Thanks!

JIM

Vinyl? I didn't know that. I always thought it was leather.

That's neat the grandfather gave him the car. What great story that he will have to share.

Been meaning to ask you, what ever happened with the situation with your wife?

Lee

Thanks!! I'm currently getting the interior vinyl re-covered so she is going to be a happy car!! I was actually getting ready to go golfing on Saturday and around the corner comes the Isetta. Neat kid! He is 17 and he inherited the Isetta from his Grandfather a couple years ago. His Dad is a car nut with a GTO, Vette and a couple others. His older Brothers are not car guys, so this kid really lucked out!
