Graham asked: "Can we get a point in the next race?" Good question, Graham, but do we really care? Ferrari F1 racing has certainly lost the plot a bit but does it really matter? They are now like comedy relief - bring on the clowns of the circus - what silly thing can they dream up to do next? The best was the Kimi tyre choice in Malaysia - talk about a laugh!!! However, what is great is that the racing has been interesting. It is no longer a procession from the start to the pit stops, with an occasional change of order at that point and then a second procession from there, usually with no change of order to the finish. How often in recent years did a race fall out pretty much in the order of qualifying for the major places? Why bother racing? Why bother watching? This year - witness genuine overtaking! And re-overtaking! And then capturing back the position yet again! Best we have seen in years. And some really gifted wet weather driving, too - marvellous. Maybe it's all not quite in the same league as the Villeneuve (Gilles) and Rene Arnoux battles, but its lots of fun nonetheless. Enjoy the season, I say, and laugh along with the comics! Cheers, Grahame (different spelling)
