  I have a Euro QV with a space saver.  If I'm not mistaking the the Euros 
had these while the US version had regular size tires and wheels.  Last year 
I tried to find a new space saver with no luck. tried several sources 
including Coker tire.  My tire looks in good shape but I figured it wouldn't 
be safe due to its age.  It has held its pressure all through the winter but 
I still don't know if I could trust it.
