This list is a great meeting and sharing place. I only chime in from time to
time but I enjoy the sense of community and camaraderie here. I particularly
like the chances for relevant Haiku!! But not all of you are that enamoured
with these.  Then again, not all of us are into watches, guns and so on
either, but it's great that we can all chat about things in such an
egalitarian and largely respectful way.

Because of this list, I have also had the great pleasure of meeting up with
Rui Gigante and his wonderful family in Portugal, and seeing the amazing
attention to detail that he brings to nurturing his cars up to a better than
new and original standard.
