compressibility of the fibrous "paper" material which is the base of the  
individual item
of currency, and of course and comparable effect upon the  distributed in,
including compression blending and spot staining. Of course,  then there is
the effect upon the shape of the individual strands of fibre in  the "paper"
material and how it is aligned?

But fear not, an Obama government will fund some great project by the Rand
Corporation, funded by a taxpayer-based grant to ease our minds and
calculate  these factors for us
