Well, you know, there's more than one style of justice in New 
Jersey....especially if you 'know people who know people'.....
 
They don't confiscate cars or have Chain-Gangs in Jersey?

I used to wonder why Jersey had the highest car insurance rates in the US. 
Stories like these explain why. The courts keep returning drivers like this to 
the streets until they kill someone.

  He will probably get off the sentence ( doing time), drive with out a license 
and then kill some one.....boy will he be in trouble then.
