I don't think he'll have any problem quickly adapting to KERS, or slicks (which after all he had more experience of that than any of the current F1 drivers till the start of this year). But he does need to build the strength in his neck, and a few hundred laps of Fiorano in any recent F1 car would help with that. Using a 2009 car would DEFINITELY be against the rules - but an older car -interesting point.

Hi Francis,

I meant the 2009 race car! He needs to adapt to slick tyres and Kers, at least. He doesn't even have a superlicense, and it could be his car, not one
of the teams car. Would that be considered "testing"?

Best,
Rui

I wondered that myself Rui, is there anything to stop MS practicing in a 10
year old Ferrari F1 car just to build up his neck muscles?
