I have 2 questions:

1. What is the current cLyDe price on 550s?

2. Does the Jay Leno rule apply to pussy?

I echo Clyde's comments, the lowest datapoint I have is $28k for a one
owner car. But it is worthless at the condition it was in. Hold out
for a 512, but you'd be better off in a 550, much better car overall.
Damn near bullet proof.

Listen its a bargain but put away at least 10K for maintenance and spares The early TRs can have sever gear box issues such as imput splines twisted
and ring an pinon issues as well
And that's in a good car!
Trust me I know
I have PDI more than a few TR's
Hold out for a512 if you can
Its an overall better car with out the head aches
And the engine comes out without cutting the car in half a big plus and a
late serial # car will have the upgraded tranny
With 86K plus on a 512 TR I know my stuff on the cars
Call if you any questions
Don't let the price of the car take you to the poor house
Seen it too many times
Remember its like pussy
Yoi get what you pay for!

I came across this '88 TestaRossa in a "Classic Cars" Autotrader paper
showing a nice '88 TestaRossa with 24k miles with a price of $49K.
That's seems to be a low price for such a supercar. For the cost of a
tricked out SUV people could have a true Supercar. I know those are
different markets but still, what a deal!

Or maybe my understanding of the market prices of these classic
Ferrari's is overstated?

Later ya'll -
