I see you are still using USAA even after your claim in 1999 with your

Ferrari.  What became of that and why did you decide to stay with

them? I had to get the General involved to pay my claim and had to sign a
waiver stating that if I wrecked my car on a race track USAA would not pay
for any damages.

 

Also, you mentioned they stopped insuring additional motorcycles not
currently insured. Correct. So if I had a motorcycle already insured with
them

I could continue to renew my policy, Correct but new policies I would be
SOL? Correct  I only ask because I might buy a motorcycle if my wife and I
get stationed somewhere warm next year. USAA won't insure it. I bought
another BMW and have it insured with Dairyland, I cross my fingers and hope
they'll be there when I need them.
