SPOILER? FA v. KR = sad day at Ferrari

While Matt is one of my best friends in the whole world, I disagree somewhat
about Kimi. I think he is/was a GREAT *driving* talent (who perhaps was not
the best car developer - but that's what test drivers are for), but
unfortunately didn't shine as brightly as he could have at Ferrari. He may
have come from McL, but at least he didn't come from them after behaving the
way FA did.....

Based on what I've read so far, my opinion of Alonso will not be a popular one
here. I can't stand him. I think he's a low-down, no-good, rat-bast*** with
no professional integrity, morals or ethics. While it may be true that we may
never know the *exact details* of what happened w/ LH/McL, it seems painfully
obvious to me that FA was more than willing to blackmail his own employer while
whining and crying because his rookie teammate was beating the pants off of
him. [as a trivial aside, no matter what else you may think about Ron Dennis,
you have to give him credit for "manning up" and going to the FIA first and
taking the huge hit to the wallet and the public black eyes rather than let
that little F-er blackmail him!]

Finally, I think it's a *HUGELY* sad day for Ferrari that they're so willing to
throw their own integrity out the window and hire such a POS human being. I
also think it will be very telling if MS decides to bail as a result (and I
hope he does, though I don't think he will).

I understand that F1 is all about the driving, competing, and winning (which FA
is perfectly capable of doing), but with no integrity, you're nothing (IMNSHO),
and he has none. Sorry.
