Ferrari Mailing List: New Alfa

The newest Motorweek this morning had a brief segment about the Alfa Romeo 
8C Competizione  - an incredibly beautiful machine!  There were only 100 
sent to USA and all have been sold (~$280k) with a fair amount going to the 
rest of the world - IIRC 250 was total production.  Powered by a 4.8L V8 
pulling a ~2000# car the performance must be as spectacular as the looks.

According to Wiki it's based on a 2003 show car.
