Paul-I am not an attorney, but I do mediation for the local court system so I get to see a lot of things I can't talk about. They are probably right, you shouldn't have used the Ferrari name in your domain names. I can't imagine a court taking this very seriously or even getting to trial for years, but no one ever knows what is going to happen with stuff like this and you would need an attorney to defend yourself if they actually file the lawsuit. My personal advise is to avoid all the grief, take down the sites, give them ownership, and send them a letter of apology. This is not professional legal or financial advice, I am not an attorney or CPA. See an attorney for legal advice. No good deed goes unpunished.

Randy Edwards-I got your wiring diagrams-they're great.

"In short, my domain names include FerrariWiring.com, FerrariDiagrams.com
and I sell readable diagrams for 1970-1985 Ferraris. My 2 orders were from Belgium
and Switzerland and I've gotten high praise from everyone. Last year I took in a
whopping $800 for my efforts to benefit the community but obviously not enough to hire an attorney."
