I dunno, A.J., I know if you visit www.rsamerica.net you can probably learn more about them and see what the asking prices are, locate one, take a test drive, and fall in love.  I mean, if you really are in LOVE with the 348 (have you driven one?) then consider the pros and cons, and get it, if you must.  But, don't limit your options.  $45 large is (to me, at least) a LOT of money, and if it were mine, (and if I were going to buy a car with it) I'd really want to know the car is something I'd enjoy based on what I wanted and expected of it.
As Charles Perry says, (paraphrasing) once you know what you want, put your heart (emotions) in a lockbox, get the best one at the cheapest price, and then drive it like you stole it.

All the best, (and when do you get out?)

AJ,
Glad to hear you're still in one piece.  Did you re-up?  I thought you'd be out of active duty by now.  But, with regards to the question-I'd buy a Porsche RSAmerica.
All the best,

I'm sitting here, back in Iraq again, looking through the online car ads again, and realized, "You know where I haven't been in quite some time? The Ferrari List!"

So, what's been new in the last couple of years? Steve J. bought any new Ferraris in the last couple of years? cLyde get himself a shitbox yet? C'mon, guys, spill the beans!

Okay, and for the OFC: Question: say you had $45K tax-free deployment dollars to spend, which Ferrari would you buy and why? Would prefer to pay cash, but willing to finance a further $10-15K if need be.

Later from Baghdad,
