Hmmmm, 45K eh?  Well, um, how about the latest Rossa Corsa one owner 308 GTB QV with at least 50,000 miles.  Then tear it all apart and refurbish it.  Make sure the AC is working because you'll be in a hot box (or so it would seem with all that glass and 2 - two inch heater pipes running back and forth between the engine and radiator - I could be wrong).

Okay, and for the OFC: Question: say you had $45K tax-free deployment dollars to spend, which Ferrari would you buy and why? Would prefer to pay cash, but willing to finance a further $10-15K if need be.
