I wonder if the organizers will be able to make it work financially after the 
costs of a F1 grade facility, Bernie's mandated hospitality amenities (a 
significant upgrade cost @ Indy) and, of course, his cut of the action.

It's easy.  Just start with a large fortune and then go into business with 
Bernie Ecclestone!

This event would have a much better chance in Utah, at MMP than
