I've got a 28K mile '88 328 GTS.  Records fairly complete and regularly maintained at FOW and Competzione (In G'burg MD) for the 5 years I've owned the car.  Never a problem. I've been contemplating a 360 Spider lately as they're commodity priced.  In the end, I keep coming back to my 328 as THE Ferrari.  To me it's iconic.  I will only own one Ferrari at a time thank you, and I think this will be it for me.  What do we got here.  It's rugged low tech all Ferrari. You can drive the snot out of it and not worry about cost of maintenance or repair.  Parts will always be available.  No depreciation to speak of.  It's a gorgeous car that shouts "I"m a red flaming Ferrari" and it will always have the Ferrari in your face presence.  Majors are not a big deal.  I really don't care if the car appreciates or dumps.  I'll let my heirs worry about it.  In the meantime, I can take it out on a sunny Saturday afternoon and drive the West Virginia twisties all day long, park it wet, and not have to worry about it.  Bob in Beautiful Lovettsville, VA.
