Well Rick - it does sound interesting.  The old Riverside International 
Raceway was in such territory just east of Riverside CA.  Then the city 
fathers decided to upgrade things and turn into Moreno Valley Gang Land.

Say - another interesting spot in Texas for a GP with elevation changes 
would be the Palo Duro Canyon in Amarillo.  heh  heh
