There was also a Recall Campaign on the door latch pin. I would check to see if that has been done. This may affect the lack of "initial" opening if it is not releasing properly. Check that the door hinges still have grease on them, probably just needs to be loosened up from sitting in a personal museum, which would be another indicator to steer clear or be ready to spend some cash getting it running properly again. christianscott [at] juno.com wrote: A friend of mine is looking at a 1994 348 ts Speciale.
