Guys I was out in the 512 TR today where the temps still air are 95. On the road its triple digits. Africa HOT! Got stuck in some Baghdad traffic with the car.

This is the first time I can remember the oil temp on the car reaching 210!  And the water temp matching. I had the A/C and there were 2 of us in the car.

But she held together and it never got above 210 on the water temp gauge which blew me away. I always knew that I super maintained the cooling system on the car but it never saw a stress test like it did today. I was truly impressed with this 17year old cars cooling capability Ferrari did  a hell of  job with this system.

For all of you out there that are going driving with your trusty car this summer pay heed to the cooling system.

How many of you have replaced your coolant cap lately?

Or better yet check the coolant tank level?

Later guys!
